No, Mirrabooka does not have single serving sample sachets. Our 1kg pouch (33 servings) is our smallest size.
If you are uncertain, we recommend purchasing 1kg before committing to a larger size. 1kg typically provides a 2-3 week supply for one person.

Great! Try our unflavoured and unsweetened Natural flavour variant. Our Natural - Unflavoured and Unsweetened variant has a distinct green colour bar.
I (or the persons I am ordering for) will make protein shakes in a shaker bottle.
Excellent! Each of our flavoured variants will be perfect for making protein shakes with water, milk or milk substitutes. Choose from delicious Vanilla, Chocolate or Mocha Latte flavours.
I (or the persons I am ordering for) will make protein smoothies in a blender with lots of other ingredients.

If your smoothies contain a lot of fruit, try our unsweetened Natural flavour.
If you want to add a bit of flavour to your smoothies, try our delicious Vanilla or Chocolate flavours.
And if you want to add a little real coffee kick to your smoothies, try our delicious Mocha Latte flavour variant.
It is not uncommon to order multiple flavours. For example, one Natural flavour for your protein smoothies and one Chocolate flavour for your protein shakes.
If you are ordering for multiple people, you might need to order more than one flavour to cover everyones flavour preferences.

We suggest ordering the pouch size which you can consume within 2-3 months, then reorder.
Many people order multiple pouch sizes. For example, one 2.5kg pouch for home and one 1kg pouch to take to work.
We aim to provide around 10-12 months best before date on our products.
Yes, each Mirrabooka pouch contains a scoop inside, placed near the top. One full level scoop holds the recommended serving of 30g.
If you receive your pouch or tub and can not see the scoop, it may have settled below the surface during shipping. If you misplace your scoop, 2 reasonably heaped dessert spoons will provide you with a 30g serving.
The ingredients list for each of our products and flavour variants is located in the Ingredients tab on each product page and on the back of each pouch.

Click on the Grass Fed Whey menu item at the top of the page, select a flavour, select a size for each pouch you need to order, then proceed through the checkout.
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a series of emails confirming your order and providing your link to track your order.
Please note: Our Grass Fed Whey protein is a food product and can not be returned for change of mind if you open the pouch.
If you are still uncertain about trying a flavour, we recommend selecting the smaller 1kg pouch to try it, then increase your pouch size on your following order.
Your protein will have a minimum 6 month best before date- typically 10-12 months. We suggest ordering a pouch size that you can consume within 2-3 months, then reorder.

Product questions
The amount of protein you require per serving and per day depends on several factors, including your weight, your frequency and intensity of exercise and your primary body composition goal.
We have created a free protein calculator so that you can find out what amount of protein is optimal for you.
The best way to consume protein is to spread it as evenly as possible over the entire day. This includes your breakfast, mid morning snack, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
This way your body is constantly repairing and rebuilding from your protein consumption.
Don't worry too much about having to consume protein immediately post exercise- instead focus on reaching your daily protein intake goals to get the most benefit.

Yes, Mirrabooka Protein is undenatured. Mirrabooka Protein is carefully sourced, processed and handled to prevent the protein and fragile protein fractions breaking down during processing and handling (denaturing).
No, our Natural Mirrabooka is unflavoured and unsweetened; however it is not flavourless- it has a naturally milky flavour.
No, Mirrabooka products are not certified organic.
Yes, whilst we recommend mixing with water, skim milk is an excellent choice of beverage to mix with your protein.
Our protein tastes great when mixed with water, skim and full cream milk, or milk alternatives such as almond milk.
Mirrabooka Protein is cold soluble, meaning it dissolves in cool to cold liquids.
To serve hot:
Shake, mix or blend Mirrabooka Protein into a cold liquid, then heat.
Try adding Mirrabooka Protein to your pancake mix or oats (porridge), so you can have a protein centric hot breakfast.
No, Mirrabooka products do not contain erythritol; our formulation only uses stevia rebaudioside as a natural sweetener.
Yes, our flavoured variants contain a small amount (<1%) of the natural sweetener, stevia rebaudioside; our Natural variant does not contain any stevia.

Yes, Mirrabooka Protein is made from Australian whey protein derived from cow's milk, a major food allergen under FSANZ Standard 1.2.3. Milk must be declared in bold in the ingredients list on our labels.

Yes, our Grass Fed Whey naturally contains approximately 2g of lactose per 30g serving. It is not suitable for those with lactose intolerance; consult a health professional.
Yes, Mirrabooka Protein contains a trace amount (<1%) of sunflower lecithin, used only for mixability. Sunflower lecithin is not on the FSANZ major food allergen list under Standard 1.2.3.
No added hormones; our Grass Fed Whey comes from Australian cows raised without routine hormone use as per Australian dairy standards. Naturally occurring hormones may be present in trace amounts in dairy.

We ship with Australia Post Parcel Post, so you can get the best tracking notifications and updates as to the progress of your delivery.
Yes. We offer Express Shipping as an optional upgrade at the checkout.
We use with Australia Post Express Post for express shipping.

*Please note that Mirrabooka Protein is based in Torquay, Victoria. This is outside of the Australia Post 'Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Network'. Express Post orders may take 2 business days or more to arrive, depending on your distance from Torquay, Victoria.
We understand that you need your protein ASAP, so you can avoid running out and having to go without.
With your needs in mind, we aim to ship all orders received before 3pm AEST (Melb/Sydney time) on the same day.
*For WA customers: We are two hours ahead in Victoria, so we aim to ship wholesale orders received by 1pm WA time on the same day.
Orders received after 3pm AEDT will be shipped by the next business day.
We ship orders via Australia Post Parcel Post. Australia Post will provide you with up to date tracking and delivery notifications to your email and/or mobile.
Australia Post delivery times are typically 2-4 business days for Vic/NSW/SA and 3-7 business days for QLD, WA and the NT.
Currently Mirrabooka Protein only ships to Australian addresses within the Australia Post network.
We do not currently ship to New Zealand, ASIA, the United States, the UK, Europe etc.
Rest assured! Your order may contain multiple parcels shipped individually.
With Australia Post it is not uncommon for multiple shipments to arrive on different days.

No worries at all, mistakes happen.
The good news is that AusPost allows the recipient (that's you!) to easily redirect parcels for free if they haven't already been delivered. It's a common and convenient solution!

If you will not be home to receive your delivery, and nobody else is home to accept your delivery, the Australia Post delivery driver will decide if there is somewhere safe to leave the parcel, or if not

Only the Australia Post driver determines if it is safe to leave a parcel.
**We, at Mirrabooka Protein, are unable to contact Australia Post on your behalf and provide them with any special delivery instructions. Australia Post does not allow it.**
If AusPost determines it is safe to leave, they always take a photo which is Proof of Delivery.
If they determine it is not safe to leave, they deliver the parcel to your nearest post office, for pickup during business hours.

If you were not at home when AusPost attempted delivery of your parcel, and there was no safe place to leave it, they will take it to your local post office for pickup.

Regarding delivery and parcel safety:
Australia Post provides you with updates and notifications on the progress of your parcel via email and text messages, to the email address and mobile number you provided us wth your order.
It is your responsibility to read these messages and stay informed about your delivery, so that you, or someone on your behalf, can receive your parcel.
It is also your responsibility to provide your best delivery address where you (or someone on your behalf) will receive your delivery.
