Shipping policy

We ship fast and free, Australia-wide.

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria via Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Express Shipping is also available at checkout. While Express is faster than standard shipping, Australia Post does not guarantee next-business-day delivery.

Mirrabooka remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered by Australia Post to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout, including any required unit numbers, street numbers, business names, and correct postcodes.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, misdelivery, or return-to-sender outcomes caused by incomplete, incorrect, or improperly formatted address information provided at checkout.

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at orders@mirrabookaprotein.com.

We can only change a shipping address before your order has been shipped. Once you have received a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, the order is already in transit and we cannot make further changes.

Redirecting a Parcel in Transit

If your order has already shipped, you may still be able to redirect it using Australia Post’s parcel redirection service.

Once a parcel has been redirected after dispatch, responsibility for that redirection rests with the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking link.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and being available to receive the parcel where required. Australia Post may also send delivery updates by text or email if valid contact details have been provided at checkout.

Delivery Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring the nominated delivery address is accessible for standard delivery. This includes providing any required delivery information and ensuring access to the property where applicable, such as gates, intercoms, apartment access, or staffed business premises.

If Australia Post cannot complete delivery due to restricted access or site conditions, the parcel may be redirected to a nearby Post Office or collection point. This is considered part of the normal delivery process and does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Authority to Leave and Delivery Instructions

Any delivery instructions provided at checkout, including requests to leave a parcel in a particular location, are passed on to the carrier but cannot be guaranteed.

Mirrabooka is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after a parcel has been delivered in accordance with the delivery method selected by the customer or confirmed by Australia Post.

Delivered Orders

Once Australia Post has marked an order as delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.

We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders confirmed as delivered unless it can be demonstrated that the delivery was not completed correctly or the item is faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failure to collect, or inability to deliver, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product or delivery is affected by a fault or failure to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy.
