Our Rewards Program allows you to earn points on eligible purchases and redeem those points for discounts on future orders.

How Rewards Work

Earn Points

Earn points every time you shop with Mirrabooka.

Points are automatically added to your account after an eligible order is placed and processed.

Redeem Points

Redeem your points for discount coupons that can be applied to future orders.

The more points you accumulate, the larger the discount you can unlock.

How To Redeem Your Points

When you're ready to place an order:

  1. Log in to your Mirrabooka account.
  2. Add your items to cart.
  3. Open the Rewards panel.
  4. Move the points slider to select how many points you would like to redeem.
  5. Click Redeem.
  6. Click Apply Coupon Now.
  7. Your discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Tip: We recommend generating reward coupons only when you're ready to place an order.

 

Rewards Program Terms

Points Expiry

Reward points expire 12 months after they are earned.

Coupon Expiry

Reward coupons expire 7 days after they are generated.

Unused coupons will automatically expire once the expiry period has passed.

One Coupon Per Order

Only one reward coupon can be redeemed per order.

Coupons Cannot Be Applied Retroactively

Reward coupons must be applied during checkout.

Coupons cannot be added to an order after it has already been placed and paid for.

No Cash Value

Reward points and reward coupons are not redeemable for cash, credit, gift cards, or cash equivalents.

Account Requirement

Points can only be earned and redeemed while logged into your Mirrabooka account.

Returned, Refunded or Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled, refunded, or returned, any points earned from that purchase may be removed from your account.

Program Changes

Mirrabooka Protein reserves the right to:

  • Change how points are earned.
  • Change coupon redemption values.
  • Change expiry periods.
  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without notice.

Fraudulent Activity

Mirrabooka Protein reserves the right to cancel points, coupons, or accounts where abuse, fraud, manipulation, or misuse of the Rewards Program is suspected.

Interpretation

All decisions regarding the Rewards Program, including eligibility, point balances, coupon validity, and redemption rules, are made at the sole discretion of Mirrabooka Protein.
