Our Rewards Program lets you earn points on eligible purchases to use on future orders and can only be earned and redeemed while logged into your Mirrabooka account.

Reward points are added to your account automatically after your order is processed.

Redeem your points for future rewards on your orders. As your points accumulate, you can unlock greater value.

When you're ready to place your next order:

1. Log in to your Mirrabooka account.

2. Add your items to cart.

3. Open the green Rewards widget on the bottom-left corner of our online store.

4. Use the slider to choose how reward many points to redeem.

5. Click Redeem.

6. Click Apply Coupon Now.

7. Your reward will be applied at checkout.

Reward points expire 12 months after they are earned.

Reward coupons expire 7 days after they are generated.

Unused reward coupons will automatically expire once the expiry period has passed, and cannot be reinstated after they have expired.

Only one reward coupon can be redeemed per order and must be applied during checkout.

Reward coupons cannot be applied to an order after it has already been placed.

Reward points and reward coupons are not redeemable for cash, credit, gift cards, or cash equivalents.

If your order is returned, refunded, or cancelled, any reward points earned from that purchase may be deducted from your account.

Mirrabooka reserves the right to:

• Change how points are earned.
• Adjust coupon redemption values.
• Update expiry periods.
• Modify, suspend, or end the Rewards Program at any time without notice.

Mirrabooka reserves the right to cancel reward points, reward coupons, or accounts where abuse, fraud, manipulation, or misuse of our Rewards Program is suspected.

All decisions regarding the Rewards Program, including eligibility, point balances, coupon validity, and redemption rules, are made at the sole discretion of Mirrabooka.
