Returns

Because Mirrabooka is a consumable food product, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unopened
• The tamper-evident seal must be intact
• The product must be in new, resalable condition

This ensures all returned products remain safe and suitable for resale.

How to request a return

Email orders@mirrabookaprotein.com with your order number.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Approved returns must be sent back promptly as instructed.

Refunds and exchanges

Once your return has been received and inspected, eligible items may be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Change of mind

If you ordered the wrong flavour or changed your mind, returns are still subject to the same conditions above (unopened, sealed, within 48 hours).

Important

• Opened products cannot be returned
• Products that show signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless required under Australian Consumer Law
