All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once your order is placed and payment is received, we will send a confirmation and dispatch your order as soon as possible. All prices are in AUD and include GST.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund orders at our discretion—for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock discrepancies.

5. Returns

Mirrabooka is a consumable food product, returns are accepted only under specific conditions. To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and the product must be unopened, with the tamper-evident seal intact, and in new, resalable condition. This helps ensure all returned products remain safe and suitable for resale.

Reward points are earned through purchases and can be redeemed for future discounts. Points have no cash value, expire after 12 months, and are not transferable or refundable. Misuse of the program may result in account suspension.

By submitting or uploading content relating to Mirrabooka or our products, to our site or social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content for marketing and promotional purposes across our website, social channels, and marketing materials.

You confirm that you own, or have the right to licence, any content you share with us, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove content at any time if it does not meet our standards.
