Please collect your order from your local Post Office as soon as possible using your tracking number. If you’re not available, ask someone to collect it on your behalf.

If your parcel is undeliverable or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failure to collect, or inability to deliver, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Mirrabooka is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after Australia Post confirms delivery. Please use your tracking link and contact Australia Post directly for proof of delivery or to open an investigation if needed.

You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email from us immediately after placing your order, and a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched. Please check your spam folder and any alternative email addresses you may have used.

Mirrabooka takes online fraud seriously and may cancel high-risk orders or request verification for medium-risk orders. To avoid any issues, please place your order from within Australia and avoid using VPNs, proxies or Tor.

Our scoops are dishwasher safe and fully recyclable in kerbside recycling bins.

We don't ship replacements for misplaced scoops.

If you've misplaced your scoop, use 4 level metric tablespoons (tbsp) for a single serving of Mirrabooka (30g) or use kitchen scales for accuracy.

Mirrabooka is a consumable food product, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unopened
• The tamper-evident seal must be intact
• The product must be in new, resalable condition

This ensures all returned products remain safe and suitable for resale.

Before requesting a return, please ensure that your pouch is unopened with the tamper-evident seal intact, is in new, resalable condition, and was delivered to you within the past 48 hours.

If your return meets our returns criteria and is approved, we will provide return instructions. Approved returns must be sent back promptly as instructed.

Once your unopened pouch has been received and inspected, eligible items may be refunded or exchanged. Non-compliant returns may be rejected and either returned to you at your expense or disposed of.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees won’t be refunded. Please allow up to 5 business days after your refund has been approved for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.

If you've ordered the wrong flavour or changed your mind, returns and exchanges for an unopened pouch are still subject to the same returns conditions above.

Opened products cannot be returned for change of mind or the product not meeting individual taste preferences or not meeting personal expectations.

Products that are opened, show signs of use, damage, or tampering with are not eligible for returns under change of mind. This policy does not affect any rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our Rewards Program lets you earn points on eligible purchases to use on future orders and can only be earned and redeemed while logged into your Mirrabooka account.

Reward points are added to your account automatically after your order is processed.
