Shipping Policy
We ship fast and free, Australia-wide.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria via Australia Post. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
We also offer Express Shipping at checkout if you need your order sooner. While Express is faster than standard, Australia Post does not guarantee next-day delivery.
Mirrabooka remains responsible for your order until it’s successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Change Shipping Address
If you made a mistake in your delivery address, you can update it—but only before your order is shipped.
To change your address, email us at orders@mirrabookaprotein.com as soon as possible.
Once your order has been shipped and you’ve received a tracking link, we can no longer change the address. In this case, see the next section below on how to redirect your parcel with Australia Post.

Redirect Parcel in Transit
If your order has already shipped, you may still be able to change the delivery address using Australia Post’s 'Redirect Parcel in Transit' service.

We recommend acting quickly, as redirection can only be done up until the parcel is out for delivery.
Important: Once a parcel is redirected, it is considered 'delivered in full' by Mirrabooka. We are responsible for safe delivery to your original address—after redirection, responsibility passes to you.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your AusPost tracking link.
Click the link to track your parcel directly. Mirrabooka does not have any tracking info beyond what’s shown by Australia Post.
AusPost will also send text and email updates if you’ve entered a correct mobile number and email. It’s your responsibility to track and receive your parcel when it arrives.
Incorrect / Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. If your address is incomplete or doesn’t match the Australia Post database, it may cause delivery delays or failed delivery.
- We are not responsible for errors in the address you provide at checkout.
- Australia Post may return the parcel to the nearest post office or back to sender if they cannot deliver it.
- Special instructions like "leave near side gate" are not guaranteed to be followed.
- If a parcel is held at the post office, it’s your responsibility to collect it before it is returned.
Express Shipping
We offer Express Shipping as an optional upgrade at checkout. All express orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post from Victoria.
Please note: Express Post is faster than regular shipping, but it is not guaranteed to arrive in 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location and the AusPost network.
We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates for any order, including Express.
Multiple Item Orders
Some orders are shipped in multiple parcels. Your tracking link will show tracking for each parcel once they’ve been scanned by Australia Post.
It’s normal for parcels sent on the same day to arrive on different days. This is outside of our control once they are in transit.
Late / Delayed Deliveries
Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided by Australia Post. We do not offer guaranteed delivery dates.
If your parcel appears delayed, check your tracking link (provided in your shipping confirmation email). Most delays resolve within a few days.

If your parcel still hasn't arrived after 4 business days of lodging the enquiry, contact us at orders@mirrabookaprotein.com. We'll review the case and may issue a replacement at our discretion.
Parcel Lockers
Yes, we ship to Australia Post Parcel Lockers.
If you’re often away from home or concerned about parcel safety, we recommend using a free Parcel Locker at your local post office.
Parcel lockers are available 24/7 for secure pickup. To set one up or find a location, visit:

To use a locker for your next order, simply enter your Parcel Locker address as your shipping address at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Deliveries
We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or stolen after Australia Post confirms delivery. It is your responsibility to:
- Provide a secure delivery address
- Use the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email
- Follow up with Australia Post for proof of delivery or investigation
We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as 'delivered' by Australia Post unless it can be proven otherwise.
