At Mirrabooka Protein we do everything possible for you to receive your favourite products as soon as possible.

We use Australia Post as our shipping partner and occasionally they are experiencing delays delivering to certain areas.

If you do not receive your order in the timeframe listed below, or if you track your order and it does not appear to be moving or updating, please contact us at

Once you contact us we will track your order, lodge a case with Australia Post and provide the best solution to get your products to you without delay.

How much does shipping cost?

Parcel Post (Standard Shipping) Free
Express Post (400g, 1kg and 2.5kg jars) $5
Express Post (5kg tubs) $20

Note: We ship from Torquay, Victoria, which is outside the Australia Post Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Network. Express Shipping does not guarantee Next Day delivery.

How long does shipping take?

It is our goal to ship your protein to you as soon as possible.

Orders finalised (payment approved) before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day.

Orders finalised after 1pm will be dispatched the following business day.

Orders received between Friday evening and Sunday night will be shipped on the following business day.

Who do you ship with?

Please note that all orders are shipped using Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post.

Yes, we ship to parcel lockers and P.O. boxes.

All of our parcels receive tracking via email/text and require a signature upon delivery. Authority can be given to leave the parcel in a safe place.

How do I change my shipping address?

Before placing your order, you can change your delivery address in your shopping cart or customer account.

After placing your order, you can change your delivery address by emailing with your correct delivery address. This is only possible before your order is shipped.

Once your order has shipped, it is no longer possible to change the address. We recommend contacting your local post office to see if they can reroute your order to another address.
