When your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking link.

Please check your shipping details carefully at checkout. We’re not responsible for errors entered, and incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays, failed delivery, or return to sender.

Any special delivery instructions provided at checkout, including requests to leave a parcel in a particular location, are passed on to Australia Post but cannot be guaranteed.

Multiple-item orders may be shipped in separate parcels via Australia Post, so they may arrive on different days.

We are unable to guarantee delivery dates. If your parcel is delayed or late, please lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.

You can ship your order to a free Australia Post Parcel Locker for 24/7 collection.

You can ship your order to a free Australia Post Parcel Collect address at your nearest Post Office, allowing up to 10 business days for collection.

If no one’s home, Australia Post will decide whether it’s safe to leave your parcel. If not, it will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection. For future orders, we recommend using a Parcel Locker.

Please collect your order from your local Post Office as soon as possible using your tracking number. If you’re not available, ask someone to collect it on your behalf.

If a parcel is undeliverable or returned to sender due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failure to collect, or inability to deliver, we may contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

We’re not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after Australia Post confirms delivery. Please use your tracking link and contact Australia Post directly if proof of delivery or an investigation is needed.
