Mirrabooka Protein ships with Australia Post- Australia's largest delivery provider.
We provide free standard shipping (Parcel Post) on all orders.
If you require faster delivery, please select the Express Post shipping method at the checkout. Please note Express Post does not guarantee 'next day' delivery.
Australia post tracking is provided for all shipments.
Please see the below chart for shipping costs as well as estimated delivery times.

SHIPPING POLICY
Mirrabooka Protein maintains ownership and responsibility of shipments up until the moment the shipment has been delivered to the address you, the customer, provided on the original order, when all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- You must provide a correct, complete, current postal address as deemed acceptable by Australia Post.
- You must not change the address once the order has been shipped.
- You, or someone at the address provided must be available to receive delivery.
Once the item has been delivered successfully by Australia Post to the address provided the ownership and responsibility for the product(s) transfers to you, the customer.
Mirrabooka Protein is not responsible for lost or stolen items once delivery has been successfully completed. If you think you have a lost or stolen delivery, please contact Australia Post.
ORDER TRACKING
Australia Post provides a direct link to track your order on their website.
Mirrabooka Protein emails you this link in your shipment notification email, titled "A shipment from order # is on the way".
To track your order, click the link provided in this email.
Mirrabooka Protein does not have any additional tracking information.
Australia Post will also provide you with text message and email updates regarding your delivery.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and mobile phone number so that you can be informed of the progress of your delivery.
It is your responsibility to check your emails and text messages to ensure you are available to receive delivery.
MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS
For multiple item orders, we may ship your items separately.
In this case you will receive separate shipping notification emails for each separate shipment.
Each email contains the unique link to track one shipment.
It is common for separate shipments to ship on the same day and be delivered on different days.
If you receive a part shipment of your order (an incomplete shipment), please check the packing slip provided with the delivery. The packing slip will show only the product(s) in that shipment.
If there are items from your order missing from the packing slip (and from the delivery), you will be receiving separate shipments.
To track the remainder of your order, please check your email inbox for multiple shipment notification emails, and click the tracking links provided.

LATE DELIVERIES
The delivery timeframes listed above are an estimate provided by Australia Post, not a guarantee.
Mirrabooka Protein can not provide guaranteed delivery dates.
If you require faster than normal delivery, please select the Express Post shipping method at the checkout. Please note Express Post does not guarantee 'next day' delivery.

This link will take you to the Australia Post tracking information page exclusively for your shipment.
Australia Post provides all the available information on your shipment on this page, including an expected delivery time frame.
Mirrabooka Protein does not have any additional tracking information.
If your shipment is late, or your are worried it has gone missing, or tracking information on the Australia Post page has not updated in several days; you may lodge a customer enquiry with Australia Post.
This is the first step that can be taken to get more information and often results in tracking being updated and the order being delivered shortly after.
Mirrabooka Protein does not have any additional tracking information.
If your tracking has not updated or your shipment has not been delivered 48 hours after you have lodged a customer enquiry with Australia Post, then you may contact Mirrabooka Protein by email.
We will assess the situation and may decide to send a replacement shipment at our discretion.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Australia Post has a computer database with precise address information for every address in the Australia Post network.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address that does not match the Australia Post database address, Australia Post drivers may refuse to attempt to deliver the shipment.
It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address at the time of placing your order.
Australia Post will not accept special delivery instructions such as "leave next to the front door" or "deliver to the rear of the house".
Please ensure you provide the correct suburb. For example, if you live in Manly, do not enter the suburb as 'Sydney'.
Mirrabooka Protein is not responsible for correcting your provided delivery address.
If you have not received your delivery, please click the link provided in your shipment notification email.
If Australia Post is unable to deliver your shipment due to incorrect or incomplete address, they may return your shipment to the nearest Local Post Office for you to pick up. Australia Post do not redeliver.
In the event a shipment is awaiting collection at a local post office, it is the customers responsibility to pick it up.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
You may change your address before your order has been shipped.
Once you receive your shipping notification email, your address can no longer be changed by Mirrabooka Protein.
You may contact Australia Post to redirect a shipment (change of address).
Once you contact Australia Post to redirect a shipment (change of address) the item is considered 'delivered in full' by Mirrabooka Protein.
Mirrabooka Protein is responsible for safe delivery of your order to your original delivery address.
Ownership, responsibility and any further shipping charges transfer to you, the customer, when you redirect a shipment with Australia Post.

Mirrabooka Protein reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time.
RETURNS POLICY
Mirrabooka Protein may accept returns of product purchased directly from mirrabookaprotein.com through the Site only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:
- The return request must be made to Mirrabooka Protein within 48 hours of Australia Post delivery time; no returns will be accepted after this time period.
- You must return the product in "new" condition; the same resalable and unopened condition as it was purchased.
- The product was purchased through mirrabookaprotein.com and you provide a valid customer order number.

Under no circumstances will a return be accepted if the tamper evident seal has been broken. You must not break the tamper evident seal.
If you need to make a return, please email us with your return request to hello@mirrabookaprotein.com before sending the product back. Please state your name, phone number, order number, the reason for the request and if the product is in "new" condition. You will receive a response to your request within 2 business days.
Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 2 days of receiving approval. If you do not return the item within this time the return authorisation may be cancelled. You are responsible for all costs of shipping the item back to us, and if we approve your return request, you will receive a credit only on the product costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in “new” condition: This includes all original, unopened, unmarked and undamaged packaging. Under no circumstances will a return be accepted if the tamper evident seal has been broken. You must not break the tamper evident seal. Missing and damaged items will not be accepted. Whilst we understand that you can change your mind and return your unwanted products, we must be able to resell your item as brand new. This is a fair and reasonable policy.
Returned items conditions:
All returned items will be inspected by our warehouse team.
Mirrabooka Protein has the right to refuse returned goods if any of the items are not in new condition (see above term). Items where the tamper evident seal has been broken will be refused.
If a product is deemed unfit for return, Mirrabooka Protein will notify the customer the return has been rejected. The customer then has the following options:
- We can ship the item/s back at your own cost; or
- We recycle the item/s. By recycle, we mean dispose of.
You have 7 days to notify Mirrabooka Protein about your preferred option. If we do not receive a response within this period your item will be disposed of.
Any reimbursements will be made to the payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 days for completion of this process.
PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Despite every effort to safely ship and deliver your order, we understand that on rare occasions products can be damaged in transit. If your order was damaged in delivery, please contact us immediately by email at hello@mirrabookaprotein.com and we will assist you.
Please send photos of the damaged product in the condition you received it.
Do not open the damaged product. Under no circumstances will a return be accepted if the tamper evident seal has been broken. You must not break the tamper evident seal.
If you receive a jar that has been damaged in transit, and you open the tamper evident seal, we can not provide a replacement.
LOST OR STOLEN DELIVERIES
It is your responsibility to provide a delivery address where your order can be delivered safely and successfully to you by Australia Post.
Australia Post provides updates and notifications about the stage and timing of your delivery by both email and text message.
It is your responsibility for tracking your delivery by the email and text notifications provided by Australia Post. When placing your order you have the option to provide both a valid email address and mobile phone number so that you will receive tracking notifications and updates from Australia Post.
Mirrabooka Protein is not responsible for lost or stolen product once Australia Post has delivered it to your delivery address.
We do not provide refunds for lost or stolen items once they have been successfully delivered by Australia Post.
CONSUMER GUARANTEES
As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items or services purchased from Mirrabooka Protein. If you believe an item is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or does not match the description provided, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law. However these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse.
